このサイトは、エドモントンで暮らす日本人のための情報共有・コミュニティサイトです。
生活、仕事、子育て、住まい、日常のちょっとした困りごとや疑問などを、
構えず・気負わずに共有できる場所として運営しています。
「これって普通？」
「みんなどうしてる？」
そんな小さな疑問を、安心して投げられる場を目指しています。
このコミュニティを作った理由
私は約1年前、ウィニペグからエドモントンに引っ越してきました。
エドモントンはそれなりに大きな街ですが、実際に暮らしてみると、
- 生活に必要な情報があちこちに散らばっている
- 知っている人がいないと、情報にたどり着きにくい
- 自分から動かないと、何も分からない
と感じることが多くありました。
今でも
「これ、誰かに聞けたら早いのに」
「実際どうなのか、経験者の話が知りたい」
と思う場面は少なくありません。
そんな声を、
説明しすぎなくても、気を遣いすぎなくても投げられる場所があればいいなと思い、
このコミュニティを立ち上げました。
運営について
このサイトは個人運営のコミュニティです。
運営の継続やサービス向上のため、一部、営利目的の情報発信を行う場合があります。
コミュニティの安全性と公平性を保つため、掲示板ルールに基づき、
必要に応じて投稿の編集・削除を行う場合があります。
個人投稿と営利目的投稿について
当掲示板は、個人による生活に基づいた情報共有を目的としています。
以下のような投稿は「個人投稿」として掲載可能です。
・一時的なルームレントや住居募集
・不要品の譲渡・売買
・個人の体験や質問、情報共有
一方で、以下のような投稿は営利目的の営業・宣伝行為とみなし、
原則として掲示板内への掲載を禁止しています。
・事業者・業者によるサービスや商品の継続的な宣伝
・不動産業者・仲介業者による物件募集
・無断での広告掲載、勧誘、営業活動
商業的な情報発信や広告掲載をご希望の場合は、事前に運営までご相談ください。
適切な広告枠および広告費を伴う形で対応します。また、非営利目的のボランティア活動や地域貢献に関する情報発信については、
内容に応じて個別に相談のうえ対応します。
コミュニティの安全性と公平性を保つため、
内容によっては運営判断により投稿の編集・削除を行う場合があります。
このサイトでしないこと
このサイトでは、以下のことを目的としていません。
- 実名での公開や、個人情報の共有
- 医療・法律・ビザなどに関する判断や助言
（これらは必ず、ライセンス保持者・専門家にご確認ください） - 情報の正確性を保証すること
掲載されている情報は、あくまで個人の体験や意見が中心です。

About This Site
This website is a community and information-sharing space for Japanese people living in Edmonton.
It is operated as a place where everyday topics such as life, work, childcare, housing, and small daily concerns can be shared in a relaxed and pressure-free way.

We aim to create a space where even small, casual questions can be asked safely and comfortably.
Why This Community Was Created
About a year ago, I moved to Edmonton from Winnipeg.
While Edmonton is a reasonably large city, I quickly realized that:
- Essential daily information is scattered in many places
- It is difficult to find information unless you know the right people
- If you don’t actively search, it’s hard to learn how things really work
Even now, there are many moments when I think:
“It would be faster if I could just ask someone.”
“I want to hear from people who have actually experienced this.”
I created this community because I wished there were a place where such thoughts could be shared
without needing to overexplain or worry too much about how to ask.
About the Operation
This site is independently operated.
To support ongoing operation and improvement, some commercial or revenue-related content may be published.
However, unsolicited advertising, sales, or promotional activities within the forum are not allowed.
Commercial postings and advertisements are handled only through prior consultation and appropriate advertising arrangements.
