キャンセルポリシー
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all participants and to help us prepare materials and staffing, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the event: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
If the event is canceled by the organizer due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to a future event
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
キャンセル・返金ポリシー
参加者の皆さまに公平な運営を行い、教材やスタッフの準備を行うため、以下のキャンセルポリシーを適用いたします。
- 開催日の7日前までのキャンセル：全額返金
- 開催日の3〜7日前のキャンセル：50％返金
- 開催72時間以内のキャンセル：返金不可
- 無断欠席（No Show）：返金不可
天候不良、参加人数不足、その他主催者都合によりイベントが中止となった場合は、
- 全額返金
または - 別日程への振替参加
のいずれかをご選択いただけます。
返金は可能な限りお支払い時と同じ方法で行います。
子どものイベントは病気が多いので、
お子さまの急な発熱や体調不良の場合は、主催者までご連絡ください。状況に応じて別日程への振替を検討いたします。
If your child is unable to attend due to illness or fever, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a transfer to a future event at the organizer’s discretion.
