Kids Financial Literacy Program × Shaved Ice Business Experience
This Terms of Service applies to the experiential education program operated by BeaverNetwork (“the Organizer”).

1. Purpose/目的
This program is an educational, hands-on experience designed to teach children basic financial literacy, teamwork, and an understanding of simple economic activities.
This program does not constitute employment, wages, or any form of labor contract.
本プログラムは、子ども向けの体験型教育イベントとして、金銭感覚・チームワーク・簡易的な経済活動理解を目的とした教育機会を提供するものです。
実際の雇用関係や労働契約を構成するものではありません。
2. Eligibility/参加条件
- Recommended age: 6–12 years old
- Participation requires consent from a parent or legal guardian
- The parent or guardian is fully responsible for registration and consent
- 対象年齢：6〜12歳（推奨）
- 参加には保護者の同意が必須です
- 保護者が責任を持って申込み・同意を行うものとします
3. Program Description/体験内容について
The program may include:
- Simulated sales activities
- Team-based role assignments
- Educational exercises involving simplified revenue tracking
All activities are strictly for educational purposes and do not represent actual employment relationships.
本プログラムでは以下を含みます：
- 模擬的な販売体験
- チーム単位での役割分担
- 教育目的の売上・金銭管理の学習
ただし、これらはすべて教育目的のシミュレーションであり、実際の雇用・給与関係ではありません。
4. Safety & Liability/安全管理・免責事項
- The Organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring during the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Parents/guardians must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs prior to participation.
- As food and beverages may be involved, parents/guardians are responsible for managing all allergy-related risks.
- 参加中の事故・怪我・体調不良については、主催者の重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません
- アレルギーや健康状態は事前に保護者が申告するものとします
- 飲食を伴うため、食品アレルギーについては保護者責任で管理してください
5. Photo & Media Release/写真・動画の使用
Photos and videos may be taken during the program and used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.
If you do not wish your child to be included, you must notify the Organizer in advance.
イベント中に撮影された写真・動画は、広報・SNS・マーケティング目的で使用される場合があります。
希望しない場合は事前に申告してください。
6. Refund Policy/返金ポリシー
- Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund
- 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund
Cancellations due to weather or organizer-related issues will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
- 開催7日前まで：全額返金
- 3日前まで：50%返金
- 前日・当日：返金不可
※天候・主催者都合による中止の場合は全額返金または振替対応
7. Rewards & Monetary Handling/報酬・金銭の扱い
All monetary value provided to participants in this program is strictly educational in nature and serves as a fixed learning incentive.
Each participant will receive a uniform $5 educational incentive, which will be deposited into the child’s designated card account as part of the financial literacy learning experience.
This incentive is:
- Not linked to sales performance or individual contribution
- Not wages, salary, compensation, or any form of employment relationship
- Provided solely for educational purposes as part of the program
- Issued equally to all participants
No additional profit-sharing, sales-based distribution, or performance-based rewards will be provided to children under any circumstances.
本プログラム内で参加者に提供される金銭的価値は、すべて教育目的のものであり、固定された学習インセンティブです。
各参加者には、金融リテラシー教育の一環として、一律5ドルの教育インセンティブが付与され、子ども用のカードアカウントに入金されます。
このインセンティブは以下の通り取り扱われます：
- 売上や労働成果に連動するものではありません
- 賃金・給与・報酬・雇用関係を構成するものではありません
- 教育目的の体験資金として提供されるものです
- プログラム参加者全員に一律で付与されます
追加の売上分配、利益分配、成果報酬は一切行われません。
8. External Services/外部サービスについて
The program may introduce third-party services (e.g., prepaid cards or financial apps) for educational purposes only.
Any usage of external services is at the discretion and responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.
本プログラムでは外部サービス（例：プリペイドカード・金融アプリ等）を学習目的で紹介します。
利用は保護者の判断と責任で行うものとします。
9. Code of Conduct/禁止事項
Participants must:
- Follow instructions from staff
- Respect other participants
- Avoid any unsafe or disruptive behavior
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules.
以下は禁止します：
- 他参加者への迷惑行為
- 主催者の指示に従わない行為
- 安全を損なう行為
10. Changes to Terms/規約の変更
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
本規約は必要に応じて事前通知なく変更される場合があります。
